Services and Subscriptions

All our Clients are billed in US Dollars (USD). 

We accept PayPal, ACH (bank transfers), and debit/credit cards - but we prefer payments via credit cards. 

Should you wish to cancel your partnership with us, please reach out to [email protected]. We will suspend your subscription, discuss notifying your DDA (it is customary to give a 2-week notice), and alert you to the final day your subscription expires. We will also ask for feedback as this is crucial for improving our services in the future.

Payments would process on the date of your subscription renewal, on the same day every month unless your subscription began anytime between the 29th-31st. In this case, your subscription will renew on the last day of each month.

On top of your DDA's services, you can avail of the Integrated Services Program (ISP) hours which are dedicated to any task related to web management, audio/video editing, and graphic design. You can have 12 ISP hours if you are on a part-time subscription and  24 ISP hours if you are on a full-time subscription.
